Hi Raj, Thank you so much for bringing in another photograph! Guests have really enjoyed seeing your perspective of the Umstead Park.
I LOVE your photography work.
The wall mural is stunning!
Raj, I just saw the article about your exhibition at the Umstead Hotel and took a look at the images in the Cary Magazine article. I love how you play the light and dar using the forest as a filter, that is one of my favorite techniques, as well as the long exposure on running water. Great work! -Scott
Oh, excellent - thanks for sharing! I mostly go for walks in nature, which is why I can relate to your photos & general philosophies on life, as described in the article!
AWSOME is an excellent word! I wanted to say stunning! (which they ARE!), yet that felt more exciting & excitable... unlike calming, soothing, smooth, quite, peaceful, (yes) tranquil, still, comfort, languish, relaxed, scerene...aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!  -Kat
All my photography on Chromogenic Prints, unless specified other wise, is also known as Silver Halide Prints. Photographic Prints are made using a digital image and developed using a chemical process. Silver Halide Photographic Prints are composed of three layers of gelatin, each containing an emulsion of silver halide (used as a light-sensitive material). The photo paper is exposed to light and in turn, the image is infused into the paper through a chemical process. The resulting Prints have more depth, more vibrant colors, more details in highlights and shadows, are sharper, and are less susceptible to fading/damage as seen with Inkjet Photographic Prints. Inkjet Photographic Prints involve a process of applying ink to just the surface of the paper!
I have print exclusively on Kodak Endura Premier Photo Paper, which is the highest quality photo paper available on the market. Its archiving ability exceeds one hundred years. All Kodak Endura Premier Photo Paper is acid free.
Please note all images viewed on digital devices are back light and thus look more vivid. Colors will vary based upon the surface medium the photography is printed on and the lighting in the space it will hang.
I have found metal prints to provide the most vibrancy and clarity as if viewing on a 4K TV.
